Model PDS-5 – Portable Sub-surface Filling for 5 gallon pails
The model PDS-5 is designed to provide accurate, subsurface, liquid filling of 5 gallon pails and smaller containers. It is available in stationary and portable configurations.
Velcon subsurface fillers provide a unique programmable product level tracking system to minimize foaming, reduce drips and maintain a clean lance.
The model S-5 is made up of a robust 304 stainless steel structural construction and 316 stainless steel wetted parts. It incorporates an Allen Bradley PLC and HMI based VFC1400 control system. It has built in safety features to guarantee a safe clean and accurate filling.
Model T-1 Bottle Filler
The model T-1 is designed to provide accurate, subsurface, liquid filling of 1 gallon bottles and smaller containers. It is available in stationary and portable configurations.
The model T-1 is made up of a robust 304 stainless steel structural construction and 316 stainless steel wetted parts. It incorporates an Allen Bradley PLC and HMI based KSS5069.
